I’m Marjorie. I’ve been photographing people for nearly thirty years, and what I’ve learned is that almost nobody arrives just wanting a photo. They arrive because something has shifted — the business grew, the milestone came, the mirror stopped matching.

So we start before the camera. I want to peek at who you are underneath the role you’re about to be photographed in. Then, as your photographer, I learn how to see you as you are.

I’m photographing 40 women in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond. Not because a certain age deserves a photo. Because becoming something does.
